Children and young people in focus – research meets practice.
The conference was organized by the Children-and Youth Research Center at University West in Trollhättan.
The aim of the conference was to provide a forum in which research met practice. Ongoing, as well as completed research projects were presented along with other projects and activities involving children and young people.
Issues affecting children and young people’s living conditions and experiences from a child’s perspective were the focus of the conference, but questions about things that indirectly affect children and young people’s living conditions were also addressed, e.g. how parents, professionals, organizations and others players in society act toward children and young people.
The conference was aimed toward researchers, teachers and students at all levels, as well as professionals, local and regional governments, politicians and non-profit organizations.
