Each meeting is unique and requires its own unique organization and management. Below are some examples of what we can assist you with for your particular meeting.
Participant Management, Participant Services
We create a web-based application form with a link to your homepage, which is designed according to your wishes. We receive the application forms and send out confirmations with information, a map and payment information.
Reservations
We make hotel, meal and activities reservations. We are in direct contact with hotels, restaurants, transportation agencies and notify them of any changes and entries that are made along the way.
Social Events
We make arrangements for entertainment, create programs for the people accompanying you to the conference or meeting and assist with tourist information.
Local Transportation
We are happy to help you, if you need assistance with bus reservations.
Registration
We register participants and serve as a kind of secretarial service during the days of the conference. We provide conference folders with lists of participants, name tags, programs, etc.
Finances
We plan and carry out the conference in consultation with the organizer. Together we establish a cost estimate. We watch the proceeds and payments and put together a final account to the organizer.
Follow-up
If you wish, after the conclusion of the conference, we are happy to do a follow-up of the event for you.
