Trollhättan – Always Easy Access

With its own airport, and double-tracked railroad, one European highway and three main roads connecting in Trollhättan it is without any doubt easy to travel to and from Trollhättan, even for guests travelling long distances.

By Air
Trollhättan-Vänersborg Airport has service to Stockholm (Bromma) airport with up to eight flights a day. The flight takes less than an hour. Upon arrival in Trollhättan it takes about 10 minutes to reach the town center by taxi.

By Train
There is a frequent, fast, and direct train service between Trollhättan and Gothenburg. The journey takes about 35 minutes. To Stockholm, with SJ3000, the journey takes about 3 hours. By Car
One highway and three main roads connect in Trollhättan. The driving time between Trollhättan and Gothenburg is about 45 minutes, Uddevalla 15-20 minutes, and from Oslo about 3 hours.
